The up-to-$1,000 rebate (the “Offer”) is provided by Chase Payment SolutionsSM. To qualify, merchants must:
(i) submit a completed application to Chase between September 1, 2025, and November 30, 2025;
(ii) enter into a merchant agreement for the purchase of all their credit and debit card processing services from Chase; and
(iii) process a minimum of $20,000, $60,000 or $240,000 in net settled transactions with Chase within 3 months of boarding submit date for a rebate of $200, $500 or $1,000 respectively.
The Offer is not available to:
(i) merchants who have an existing payment processing agreement with Chase;
(ii) merchants who otherwise qualify for promotional, preferred, group or other special or discounted pricing from Chase;
(iii) merchants whose Chase account is closed or inactive (no longer processing) at the time of the rebate.
Chase reserves the right to determine which merchants are eligible to receive the Offer and is under no obligation to deem a merchant eligible. The Offer will be in the form of a rebate on their statement and will only be applied to one merchant account for each merchant who has met all the qualifying criteria. Qualified merchants will see the rebate in their settlement account on or before June 2026. This Offer is subject to withdrawal or change at any time, without notice. This Offer cannot be combined with other Chase offers.
