Get a terminal rebate for up to one year¹

The Terminal Equivalent Processing Rebate Offer (the “Offer” or “Processing Rebate”) is provided by Chase Payment Solutions^® (“Chase”). To be eligible, merchants must:

(i) submit a completed application to Chase between January 1, 2026 and March 31, 2026; and

(ii) enter into a merchant agreement with Chase for the purchase of all their credit and debit card processing services (including physical point-of-sale terminal hardware rental).

After meeting the above requirements, for each month in 2026 that the merchant processes $15,000 CAD or more in net settled transactions, the merchant qualifies for a processing rebate under the Offer (up to $57 CAD each month and a cumulative maximum of $648 CAD). The Processing Rebate amount is determined by the merchant’s terminal hardware rental fee prior to the application of taxes for the applicable month.

The Offer is NOT available to:

(i) merchants who have an existing payment processing agreement with Chase;

(ii) merchants who qualify for or are subject to promotional, preferred, group (e.g., certain referral or partnership programs) or other special or discounted pricing from Chase; or

(iii) merchants whose Chase account is closed or inactive (no longer processing) at the time of the rebate.

Chase reserves the right to determine which merchants are eligible to receive the Offer and is under no obligation to deem a merchant eligible. Chase will provide applicable rebate credit(s) to the merchant’s account quarterly (in May 2026, August 2026, November 2026 and February 2027).  Rebate(s) will only be applied to one merchant account for each merchant who has met all the qualifying criteria.

The Offer is subject to withdrawal or change at any time, without notice. This Offer cannot be combined with other Chase offers.  Taxes are not included in the Offer, and Chase will not be rebating taxes as part of the Offer.
