Commerce Center is a platform for merchants to manage sales, locations, and devices. It includes a search feature for transactions and disputes. Customize settings like language, profile, deposits, and payment methods to suit your needs.

Once you've completed onboarding and received your ordered device, here's what to do next:

 

Set up your device

  1. WiFi or SIM Card Setup: Begin by setting up your device's WiFi or SIM card. Click here for the DX8000 page for detailed instructions.
  2. Dynamic Password: Use the dynamic password to create manager/supervisor passwords. Obtain it through the Commerce Center platform or contact us for support.

 

Access your Commerce Centre account

  1. Login: Access your account using your credentials from onboarding.
  2. Navigation: Explore the dashboard to efficiently manage sales, transactions, and other business activities. For guidance, access the Learning Center located at the bottom left of the navigation panel.

 

Configure settings

  1. Payments: Set up accepted card networks.
  2. Alerts & Access: Configure alerts and manage user permissions for security
