Survey conducted by AR&D on behalf of JPMorgan Chase between December 29, 2020 and January 4, 2021. Surveys were conducted in English and French using online panel sample stratified by Gender, Age (Adults 18+), and Province / Census region. Total sample size = 1,201 (601 Canada; 600 U.S.) with a margin of error of +/- 2.8% at 95% confidence level (+/-4% by country).
