Chase Wireless Terminal™: Change date and time
Learn how to adjust the date and time displayed on your payment device.
Change date and time
- From the Main Menu, click the three lines on the top left corner of the screen to access the MENU option.
- From the MENU option, swipe up and press the “Exit” tab on the bottom to go back to the Home Screen.
- From the Home Screen, press the “Settings” gear icon.
- Enter 350000 for password and press “OK”.
- Swipe up and select “System” tab with the green information icon.
- Select “Date & Time” from the menu.
- Select “Date” and a calendar setting will pop up from the screen. Adjust the correct date and select “OK” to apply changes.
- Select “Time” and a digital clock will appear. First, select a number indicating the hour. Next, select a number indicating the minute, then press “OK” to apply changes.
