Things to know before you call the automated phone system
Make sure you have the following information ready to provide. Without these details, we won’t be able to authenticate your account.
- Authorized phone number: Make sure you’re calling from the phone number officially associated with your account.
- Merchant ID (MID): Your merchant ID is not your company ID. You can find this number in your welcome letter/email or your monthly Chase statements.
- Deposit account number: Depending on what you’re calling for, you may need your demand deposit account (DDA) number.
