Chase Wireless Terminal™: Void a transaction
Void a transaction shortly after initiation. If your batch has not been settled, you can void a transaction. Let us learn how to void a transaction.
Void a transaction
- From the Main Menu, select Void.
- Log in with the Username and Password, then press Confirm.
- Confirm to void last transaction. If not, enter the last four digits of the card and confirm.
- Select transaction to be voided, then select Yes to confirm.
- Terminal will authorize transaction then display "Approved".
- Select either View Receipt, No Receipt or Print.
