Move/5000: Password locked out

 

Learn how to unlock locked-out users.

 

 

Password locked out

  1. From the Home Screen with the Chase logo, press # to access the ADMIN MENU or tap on the ADMIN icon.

  2. From the ADMIN MENU, press [6] for Security.

  3. Select [1] for Supervisor/Manager.

  4. Enter the Dynamic Password provided by Chase Payment Solutions’ Helpdesk, then press Enter on the screen.

  5. Select [3] for Unlock User.

  6. Select User with the locked-out password.

  7. The terminal will prompt to confirm unlock. Select [1] for Yes.

  8. The terminal will confirm the user has been unlocked.

  9. The terminal will display, “Unlock Another?”. If no other user needs to be unlocked, select [2] for No.
